All credit card payments may be subjected to further security verification. This is done to protect our customers as well as ourselves against fraudulent transactions.

Any credits, refunds and exchanges are subject to our 15 % restocking fee. It is the purchasers responsibility to confirm on order their exact model requirements. If unsure contact [email protected] to clarify your order requirements.

All online sales are despatched within 48 hours after your order being received, Freight Costs are charged per region, ie Australia, New Zealand, US and UK, please make sure your region is correct, otherwise adjustments will need approval, after the transactions. Any other regions not listed will need quotations for freight before placing your online order.

Delivery times and costs as follows:

• NZ, 1-2 days  $10 NZ small parcels ie. Tachyon camera and any accessories under 2kg
                       $25 NZ large parcels ie. Chilly bins and kits over 2kg
• Australia, 3-7 days $20 NZ small parcels ie. Tachyon cameras and any accessories under 2kg
                              $70 NZ large parcels ie. Chilly bins and kits over 2kg

• US, 4 - 10 days $70 NZ small parcels ie. Tachyon cameras and any accessories under 2kg
                          $160 NZ large parcels ie. Chilly bins and kits over 2kg
• UK, 5 -15 days $70 NZ small parcels ie. Tachyon cameras and accessories under 2kg   
                         $160 NZ large parcels ie.Chilly Bins and kits over 2 kg

The NZ postal service is our despatch agent. Goods over $250 maybe subject to additional insurance.

There is no additional charge for credit card payments.
